Rare Saint Rye’s spirited journey begins with a 95% rye mash bill, then aged for a minimum of 5 years in charred American oak barrels to round out the pronounced flavors. The resulting whiskey is high-proof and sweet.

Complex nose with aromas of oatmeal cookie, tart cherry, vanilla bean and hints of tobacco. Taste is smooth and sweet with subtle bitter notes. Rounds out in an enjoyable sweet finish.
